APPLICATION BASED SKIMMERS 1 Industrial Oil Skimmers VENS HYDROLUFT offers a range of Industrial oil skimmers that effectively recover/ remove oil, grease, and fats from oil catcher pits or oil and grease traps. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of cost-effective, custom-built industrial skimmers. The skimmers find applications in wastewater treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, CNC machines, etc. More Info 2 Rotary Oil Skimmer Rotary oil skimmers are robust and versatile equipment, designed for efficient separation of free-floating oil from effluent using an oleophilic rotating disc, drum, or brush. These rotary skimmers have a wide variety of applications in refineries, power plants, and oil spill response. Depending on operating conditions a variety of driving options are available. More Info 3 Floating Oil Skimmers Floating oil skimmers facilitate the removal of light-floating liquid from closed-roof tanks. They are commonly used in wastewater treatment, oil refining, and other industrial processes. Gravity skimmers are cost-effective and energy-efficient. VENS HYDROLUFT gravity skimmer is custom-designed to fit various sizes and types of tank roofs. We offer a wide range of configurations, the flexibility of fixed & flexible pipe, and guided directions to ensure no roof strikes. More Info

Sorbent Pads are typically gray pads and used for soaking up both oil and water based fluids and are ideal for indoor use. Oil Only Sorbent Pads are typically white pads and only soak up oil based fluids while repeling water based fluids and are ideal for outdoor use. Oil Spill Response SORBENT KITS Vens Sorbent Boom is a floating barrier designed to contain and absorb oil spills on water. Made from highly absorbent materials, it selectively absorbs hydrocarbons while repelling water. Sorbent booms are commonly used in calm waters like harbors, lakes, and ponds to prevent oil from spreading and facilitate cleanup. They are essential tools in oil spill response, combining containment and absorption in a single product. Vens Sorbent Pillow is a compact, versatile absorbent tool used to soak up oil, fuel, and other hydrocarbon spills in confined spaces. Filled with high-capacity absorbent materials, it is designed to selectively absorb oil while repelling water. Sorbent pillows are ideal for use in areas like machinery spaces, bilges, and under leaking equipment, ensuring efficient spill control and cleanup. Vens Sorbent Pads are lightweight, versatile absorbent sheets designed to clean up oil, fuel, and hydrocarbon spills. They are made from materials that selectively absorb oil while repelling water, making them ideal for both land and water applications. Easy to use and dispose of, sorbent pads are commonly used in spill response, maintenance, and industrial cleanup tasks. Vens Sorbent Roll is a continuous sheet of absorbent material designed for large-scale spill control and cleanup. It is ideal for absorbing oil, fuel, and other hydrocarbons while repelling water. Sorbent rolls can be cut to size, making them versatile for use in various applications such as covering large areas, lining workspaces, or wrapping equipment to prevent and manage spills effectively. ડિસ્ક સ્કિમર્સ Oil spill is a type of pollution that can occur on land or on water, but mostly oil spills are found in oceans. Oil spill is basically the release or spillage of petroleum products (crude oil, gasoline, petroleum fuels and other by-products) and are mostly caused by human errors. An oil spill is the release of a liquid petroleum hydrocarbon into the environment, especially the marine ecosystem, due to human activity, and is a form of pollution. The term is usually given to marine oil spills, where oil is released into the ocean or coastal waters, but spills may also occur on land. Oil spills may be due to releases of crude oil from tankers, offshore platforms, drilling rigs and wells, as well as spills of refined petroleum products (such as gasoline, diesel) and their by-products, heavier fuels used by large ships such as bunker fuel, or the spill of any oily refuse or waste oil. Oil spills penetrate into the structure of the plumage of birds and the fur of mammals, reducing its insulating ability, and making them more vulnerable to temperature fluctuations and much less buoyant in the water. Cleanup and recovery from an oil spill is difficult and depends upon many factors, including the type of oil spilled, the temperature of the water (affecting evaporation and biodegradation), and the types of shorelines and beaches involved. Spills may take weeks, months or even years to clean up. Oil spills can have disastrous consequences for society; economically, environmentally, and socially. As a result, oil spill accidents have initiated intense media attention and political uproar, bringing many together in a political struggle concerning government response to oil spills and what actions can best prevent them from happening. ડિસ્ક સ્કિમર્સ Oil spill is a type of pollution that can occur on land or on water, but mostly oil spills are found in oceans.
