What is an Oil Skimmer?

Oil Skimmers are devices used to remove/separate floating oil from the surface of any liquid body. (Example - Tanks, Lakes, Pools, Seas, Oceans).

Depending upon the capacity of removal and application, there are a wide variety of skimmers available in the market including Belt, Disc, Tube, Funnel, Weir, Drum and Slotted pipe skimmers.

Oil Skimmers do not require expensive CAPEX. They are extremely effective in bringing down XXXXX ppm levels of oil down to XX ppm of oil with ease. OPEX calculations done in multiple case studies of Vens Hydroluft Skimmer installation also reveal that Oil Skimmers are Fit-&-Forget installations in most cases, where the cost of operation is the electricity provided to a skimmer drive.
